Fred Farrer Properties stands as a testament to the enduring legacy of its founder, Fred H. Farrer. Born in Louisville, GA, and a lifelong resident of Murfreesboro, TN, Fred's journey was marked by commitment, community, and entrepreneurial spirit. Fred, who passed away on March 11, 2011, at the age of 75, was a well-respected businessman and a cherished community member. Along with his brother Charles, he co-owned Farrer Brothers, a cornerstone in the local business landscape. Fred and Charles started and built several companies under the Farrer Bros. umbrella that are still operating today. Fred's deep roots in the area were further exemplified by his active involvement in the Church of Christ and his generous support of local charities in Murfreesboro. Although Fred is no longer with us, Fred Farrer Properties remains family-owned and operated, continuing his passion for residential and commercial development.
